#预测市场 The prediction market has been getting a lot of hype recently, and I've seen quite a few project teams' promotions. But CZ's words woke me up — when the next hot event (like the US elections) arrives, the ones who truly survive until the end are those with execution capability and teams that can persist long-term. Short-term hot topics can indeed give certain projects an advantage, but that's just false fire.
Having navigated the blockchain space for so many years, I'm most afraid of following the trend blindly. Prediction markets sound very attractive, but ask yourself — do you genuinely believe in the long-term value of this track, or are you just looking to double your money quickly through hot events? Many people choose the latter, which is why the vast majority end up getting cut.
CZ emphasized that there is still several orders of magnitude of growth potential in market size, and I believe that. But opportunities are for those with patience. Don’t be fooled by short-term hype; ask clearly about the logic behind the project and whether the team is truly building value. If they keep shifting directions every three months, it shows they haven't really figured out what they are doing. Truly good projects are those that don’t give up even in a bear market.
