Bitfarms Ltd. has agreed to sell its 70 MW mine in Paraguay to Sympatheia Power Fund for up to $30 million, completing its exit from Latin America and rebalancing its energy portfolio to 100% North America. CEO Ben Gagnon stated that this sale will bring forward the expected cash flow by two to three years, which will be reinvested in 2026 into high-performance computing/AI energy infrastructure in North America. The deal includes a $9 million cash payment at closing and milestone payments of up to $21 million phased over the next ten months.
