The squeeze on precious metals is hard to sustain; will capital flow into BTC and ETH?

Abstract generation in progress

【ChainNews】Recently, market analysts have pointed out that the recent upward trend in silver, palladium, and platinum may just be a short squeeze, lacking fundamental support and difficult to sustain. Once these precious metals reverse, gold may also follow suit.

More interestingly, they believe this reflects an important capital shift—institutions and investors are withdrawing from the traditional precious metals market and beginning to focus on the cryptocurrency market. Specifically, BTC and ETH are becoming the main targets for the next round of capital inflows.

This capital rotation phenomenon is worth paying attention to. The status of traditional precious metals as safe-haven assets may be re-evaluated, while Bitcoin and Ethereum, as emerging assets, are attracting increasing amounts of institutional-level capital. If this forecast proves true, the cryptocurrency market may see a significant wave of capital-driven growth in Q4.
