Holding Ethereum for so long, the rise is still not ideal 😅. Sometimes I really want to change my mindset; instead of chasing virtual assets, it might be more solid to invest in traditional hard assets like gold. This wave of $ETH seems to be lacking something; comparing it to the stability of physical assets makes me understand why many old investors still prefer precious metals.

I've thought about gold too, but when it really comes to execution, I still can't bring myself to play people for suckers and cut loss. --- Let's leave eth as it is, hard assets are indeed appealing, but I don't have that much spare money to allocate. --- That said, precious metals aren't necessarily stable either, it really depends on personal risk preference. --- I agree with this line of thinking, in the crypto world, it's just back and forth like this, it's better to have something solid. --- The key is to find reliable channels when buying gold, so you don't end up stepping into a pit again.

Gold is indeed stable, but can it really outperform inflation? ETH is like this, should I play people for suckers or continue to hold on? Precious metals are just okay, I still believe in the future of crypto. Since it has fallen this much, I should have just bought all gold. But even if a bull run in gold really comes, it won't be our turn to enter a position.
