And starting from January 1, 2026, it will implement a clearer judicial relief channel for civil rights related to virtual currencies and other online virtual properties, promoting a shift in justice from prohibition management to regulated relief.

It also achieves a balance between rights protection and risk prevention through clear levels of case causes and judicial boundaries.
