Bitcoin company Strategy raised $748 million, with cash reserves exceeding $2.19 billion.

[Block Rhythm] Strategy just completed a large financing on Monday - raising approximately $748 million by selling common stock, pushing its cash reserves to $2.19 billion. How risk-resistant is this money? Investment bank analyst Lance Vitanza calculated that it is enough to cover 32 months of interest and dividend expenses.

In the current market environment, liquidity is the lifeline. This move by Strategy is clearly a proactive measure— even when faced with a prolonged downturn in the cryptocurrency market, such cash reserves can allow the company to operate quite stably. Vitanza commented that this initiative highlights the health of the company's balance sheet, stating that strengthening liquidity during times of pressure is always a wise move, benefiting all stakeholders involved.

In the eyes of analysts, Strategy is still worth paying attention to. They maintained a “buy” rating and set a 12-month target price of $500. However, the current stock price is only around $165, having dropped over 43% since the beginning of the year. This wave of reserves is indeed quite impressive, with $2.19 billion generating enough Interest to last for 32 months... However, that being said, hoarding cash is more stable than Coin Hoarding these days.
