【币界】比特币金融公司Fold和BitGo Bank & Trust这次合作有点意思——借着BitGo从美国货币监理署(OCC)新拿到的联邦银行牌照，两家现在能在全美50个州提供服务了。

这个牌照有啥特别的？说白了就是建立了一套统一的联邦监管框架，不用再被各州分别监管的规则折腾了。这对Fold来说意味着啥呢——比特币交易、资产托管这些业务终于可以全面展开，连之前被卡住的纽约市场也能进了。

特别值得关注的是，他们的比特币礼品卡™现在适用范围大大扩大，还有即将推出的比特币信用卡™也能覆盖更多用户。这套组合拳下来，Fold基本上实现了在美国境内的全覆盖运营。

Another federal license has been issued, this time Fold gets to join in... It looks like BitGo has finally sorted this out. I’ve always said that pursuing the OCC route is the right choice. Compared to each state creating its own set of regulations, a unified regulatory framework is the long-term way to survive. I saw this play out back in 2017. Calculating the annualized return... not bad, not bad.
