I have uninstalled social media apps for over a week now.

The endless screen scrolling addiction has been replaced by a more constructive habit—coding with AI code tools on my phone. This shift unexpectedly changed my state of mind.

In just a few days, I not only built 3 new projects from scratch but also made significant feature upgrades and optimizations to 3 previous projects. More importantly, I helped other developers realize their ideas.

Never before have I felt this way—creativity and efficiency skyrocketing at the same time. Every coding session, debugging, and completed feature gave me a true sense of achievement. This is more satisfying spiritually than any algorithm-recommended content.

AI tools have changed not just development efficiency, but also my entire work mindset.

Really? Uninstalling for a week and coming up with 3 new projects? I feel like that's a bit of an exaggeration... But on the other hand, AI programming tools have indeed changed the entire game.

Building 3 projects in a few days? Is this guy serious or just bragging... But speaking of uninstalling social media, I think it's feasible. Stick with it for two weeks and you'll be back. Don't be overconfident. AI coding is indeed powerful, but the efficiency... is a bit outrageous. I support uninstalling social media, but using it to write code is a no-go. I still prefer using it to study on-chain data. This is the real way to quit the pit, more effective than anything. I'm a bit tempted to try, but I'm afraid I can't stick to it for even a day.
