【Crypto World】XRP’s ecosystem in December has seen a wave of intensive updates. From the payment infrastructure perspective, Ripple has been active in Singapore, further expanding its payment license coverage and paving the way for stablecoins and cross-border payments. Meanwhile, GTreasury was acquired for $1 billion, strengthening Ripple’s layout in enterprise-level asset management. Progress has also been made in the US—Ripple National Trust Bank received conditional approval from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), indicating that the compliance framework has moved another step forward.
The stablecoin RLUSD has also made significant moves. It first obtained collateral eligibility in Abu Dhabi, then listed on the Gemini exchange, expanding liquidity and usage scenarios. More notably, XRP’s spot futures product is expected to launch on December 15 at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange Group (CME Group), currently awaiting final approval. Once launched, this will be another recognition of XRP assets by traditional finance.

Stablecoin + CME Futures, this rhythm is like planning a combination punch. Ripple is really laying the groundwork.

Stablecoin + futures double kill, Ripple is serious this time. But on the other hand, did GTreasury really invest the 1 billion? It seems like most of the money is burned on enterprise-level projects. When will retail investors be able to enjoy some benefits?

Uh... it's another Ripple self-congratulation session. Is it real or not?
