On December 13, on-chain data showed that a well-known early BTC holder's leveraged position suffered a major hit, with unrealized losses exceeding $12 million.
The most eye-catching account was the ETH position—175,595 ETH opened at $3,173.34, using 5x leverage to go long, with a liquidation line now close to $1,943.28. Currently, unrealized losses have already reached $9.77 million.
The BTC portion is relatively lighter—1,000 BTC opened at $91,506.7, also with 5x leverage, with unrealized losses of $1.31 million.
The most dangerous situation is with SOL—25,000 SOL long at $137.53 with 20x leverage, with unrealized losses reaching $1.05 million, indicating a very high liquidation risk.
This reflects that even experienced on-chain large holders are under immense pressure amidst current crypto market volatility. The larger and higher the leverage position, the more any market fluctuation could instantly change the game.

20x leverage? This guy is really gambling. How dare he open such a high multiplier on the SOL position?

20x SOL leverage, this guy really dares to do it, still not stop loss before liquidation?
---
12 million floating loss, early holders can't withstand this wave of volatility, stop claiming big players are as steady as a dog
---
Why hasn't this ETH position been closed yet, waiting for the liquidation line to knock on the door?
---
Leverage, leverage, in the end, it's all about the nitpickers, seriously
---
Wait, 175k ETH plus 5x... is this real? Or is some database messing up again
---
The scary thing is this brother still holds so many positions, not afraid of a downward wave leading to a margin call explosion
---
SOL 20x? I'm worried for him, this is gambler's mentality
---
So everyone, look clearly, no matter how rich or experienced, in front of leverage, you're still a kid
---
9.91 million floating loss and still not out, this mental toughness is truly exceptional
---
The question is, is he running now or fighting to the death? That's the key

Playing SOL with 20x leverage, this guy is really playing with fire
---
Even the big players have to kneel, this is the paradise and hell of leverage
---
I can still sleep despite a floating loss of 12 million, I just can't learn
---
Liquidation threshold pushed to 1943, ETH drops a little more and it's GG... looking at it makes me nervous
---
The key is there's still 20x SOL standing there, one sharp drop and it’s over
---
Early big players can't hold up this round either, indicating the market is indeed fierce
---
5x isn't enough, must play with 20x, is this a suicidal trade?
---
175k ETH, just looking at this number is mind-blowing
