Bitcoin liquidity is in crisis: exchange reserves hit new lows, and the market faces a consolidation test

Abstract generation in progress

【Crypto World】Bitcoin is currently facing a critical liquidity bottleneck. The inter-exchange capital flow pulse indicator has entered the red alert zone, which in history often signals that the market is about to enter a correction or sideways consolidation. More notably, exchange reserves remain at historically low levels, indicating that the available bitcoin supply in the market is tightening.

What’s interesting is that—Bitcoin’s price is still hovering near recent highs, but liquidity is deteriorating. What does this mismatch indicate? It suggests that whether the price can stabilize in the short term largely depends on whether the market can regain liquidity. Once reserves continue to decline, even minor fluctuations on the demand side could trigger sharp price reactions. In other words, current Bitcoin is like a sensitive balance scale; a slight gust of wind can easily cause it to tip.

Liquidity is critically tight now. It's really a test of who can hold on—just a sneeze away from a crisis.

Liquidity shortage is indeed a bit precarious, but it's not all bad news... Less reserves mean holders are holding tight to their chips. --- An imbalance of the balance? Well, I want to see who admits defeat first... retail investors or institutions. --- The red alert sounds scary, but these times are often when black swans are most likely to appear. Looking forward to it. --- Is the price stabilization entirely relying on liquidity? That's too absolute; it also depends on how big funds play. --- The current buyers are all warriors; once liquidity returns, you'll see who makes money and who loses. --- Sensitive balance? I'm used to this kind of刺激already haha. --- Having reserves at a new low isn't necessarily bad; sometimes it's a sign of accumulation. --- Minor fluctuations triggering intense reactions? Isn't this just the daily routine of leveraged markets? --- Liquidity deterioration still consolidating at high points; I’ll take this position.

Liquidity crisis, I think we should have been mentally prepared for this a long time ago. The exchange reserves are at a historic low, which is indeed not very good. The balance is about to tip, and there might be a big wave of volatility coming. It's still wise to keep some cash on hand.

Laughing to death, this is the legendary "price pretending to sleep, liquidity gone crazy," isn't the big show about to start? --- Reserve at an all-time low but still dare to hold high? I have to kneel for this courage, truly a paper-thin balance --- Wait, you say this is a balance, but to me, it looks like a time bomb, the kind that ticks tick tick --- Liquidity red alert + high price = I, this leek, can't hold on anymore. Does anyone have a blade to lend me? --- It's really just no one willing to take over the position, anyway I've already laid flat, I can sleep even while swaying left and right --- Small fluctuations trigger intense reactions, this is the crypto world, everyone. Lots of drama, little money, high barriers

Liquidity emergency again with this rhetoric. Every time they say the balance will tip but it never does. I think this is just institutions scaring retail investors and flipping their chips.
