#美联储降息 Recently got caught pretty badly, losing over $700 in a single day. I still have $1,500 in principal. I'm increasingly convinced that the water in small-cap coins is too deep; the manipulators' control techniques are truly top-notch. Short-term volatility can easily wash you out, and repeated stop-losses lead to accumulated losses. After some reflection, I think it's better to avoid being a leek in altcoins and instead focus on mainstream coins like $BTC and $ETH. Although their market fluctuations are relatively mild, the market depth is there, and manipulation space is limited. Planning to adjust my strategy and focus on long-term holdings of mainstream coins, leaving the altcoin stories for now.

$700 a day gone? Oh well, that's the magic of altcoins — you can't beat the big players.

$700 a day lost, and that's when I truly understood. I've long since given up on that scam project; the manipulators' tactics are indeed flawless.

Lost $700 in a day, how ruthless is the washout... sticking to mainstream coins is safer, don't gamble on small coins anymore.

Oh no, I guess I have to pay tuition again this time. It hurts.

$700 a day lost? That's the price of playing with scam coins... I’ve always said that small-cap coins are just playgrounds for whales.

Still thinking about turning things around after being cut off, this mindset is something else.

Losing $700 in a day is a harsh lesson. Altcoins are just a meat grinder.
