Someone has calculated a scenario: if you had invested 100,000 yuan in 2015, what would it be like after ten years?
The results are astonishingly different. The same 100,000 principal, choosing different assets, yields vastly different returns by 2025.
Bitcoin skyrocketed to 40.217 million, a ten-year increase of over 402 times. Tesla stocks earned 3.5 million, a rise of more than 35 times. And what about those "safe" options? Tencent only reached 500,000, the Shanghai Composite Index even failed to beat inflation, ending with only 98,500.
There are many other asset performances: Apple 700,000 (7 times), BYD 1.63 million (16.3 times), Xiaomi 1.5 million, gold 417,000 (317%), silver 401,800 (301.8%), S&P 500 about 297,000 (197%), NASDAQ 100 about 1.195 million (1095%), CSI 300 about 218,000, ChiNext about 90,000. Government bonds showed the most stability, with a 26% increase over ten years, ending at 126,000.
This isn't about insisting that Bitcoin must be all in, but about a reality—over the past decade, your choices are often more important than effort. No matter how hard you try on the wrong track, the results will be half as effective. In the right place, time is your best friend.

The Shanghai Composite Index underperformed inflation, this is outrageous. Does anyone still dare to buy A-shares?

Damn, 100,000 turning into 40.21 million? If that's true, I would go crazy right now.

Damn, another one of these armchair strategist articles. In 2015, only crazy people would have gone all-in on Bitcoin.
