#数字资产生态回暖 From liquidations and debt to a net worth of ten million, I have lived through a purification process in 8 years.

Those most difficult days, I experienced forced liquidation, overwhelming debts, online loan collections, unable to sleep or eat properly. At one point, I even stood on the edge of the rooftop, thinking that ending everything was the only way out.

But it was also during these 8 years that I witnessed my transformation—from an initial capital of 1000U, through systematic trading methods and mental training, growing to 20 million. Today, I don't want motivational clichés; I want to honestly share the experience gained through tears and losses over these years.

**The Art of Balancing Capital and Psychology**

How can small funds avoid liquidation? The key is simple—don’t be greedy. With a principal under 100,000, catching a decent trend is enough to make a living; avoid the trap of full positions. I've seen too many people go all-in at once, directly turning their principal into a negative number, and that kind of despair can truly change a person.

**The Trap of News Sentiment**

When major good news appears, those who don’t sell on the same day often regret it. The moment the good news is realized, it's usually a signal that the main players are starting to unload, and negative news is being gradually released. My experience is: reduce positions 48 hours before major events, and only enter when the trend is truly clear. Market volatility around holidays is also particularly intense; during these times, lighter or no positions are the safest choice.

**Different Strategies: Mid-to-Long Term vs Short-Term**

If you're trading on weekly or monthly charts, always enter with a light position. The market is full of black swan events, and heavy positions are just too risky. But short-term trading is completely different—quickly find the direction, make profits fast, and exit swiftly. During consolidation, it’s best to stay flat and wait; don’t force trades when there’s no trend.

Fast-moving markets rebound quickly; slow markets tend to drift. Understanding this pattern helps you time your entries and exits more accurately.

**Stop-Loss Is Always More Important Than Holding**

If you make a wrong move or misjudge, cut your position immediately. Stop-loss is the last line of defense to protect capital. I’ve seen too many people hold on to losses out of reluctance, ending up losing more and finally getting liquidated. Using 15-minute K-line charts combined with KDJ indicators can help you see short-term buy and sell signals more clearly, but only if you have the discipline to stick to your stop-loss rules.

**The Final Truth**

Technical analysis, indicators, strategies—these are everywhere. But my biggest realization in these 8 years is simply this—mindset.

The crypto market is a meat grinder, with huge swings happening every day. Not being greedy, not being emotionally driven by the market, staying flat when needed, stopping losses when necessary—these seemingly simple principles are rarely mastered. But once you do, making money becomes a natural result.

Risks are always present, but as long as you're alive, there's always a chance to turn things around.

That rooftop section was really amazing, but to be honest, I've heard this theory too many times. The key is still to experience the pitfalls yourself to truly understand.

Coming back to the edge of the rooftop, this is really where I gained experience points. To be honest, the stop-loss part really hit me; so many times I just couldn't bear that little loss and ended up blowing my account.

Stories from the edge of the rooftop have been heard too many times; in the end, you still have to rely on stop-loss to survive.

That edge of the rooftop really resonates with me. It sounds like a motivational pep talk now, but only after experiencing a margin call can you truly understand that sense of despair.

That edge on the rooftop is really breathtaking, but stop-loss discipline is a lifesaver.
