【CryptoWorld】Bitnomial has received formal approval from the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) to clear fully collateralized swap contracts. This marks an important step forward for the exchange’s prediction market services.
Currently, the service covers two major prediction directions: cryptocurrencies and economic events. Notably, the Bitnomial Clearinghouse infrastructure not only serves its own needs but also provides clearing services for prediction market platforms within the ecosystem. This open model allows more platforms to join and also facilitates the flow of collateral between USD and crypto assets.
From a market perspective, the CFTC approval signifies regulatory recognition of derivatives and prediction markets, which is a positive signal for platforms aiming to operate within compliant frameworks. By improving its infrastructure, Bitnomial is building a more open and liquid derivatives trading ecosystem.

Hmm, Bitnomial's move is impressive. The CFTC approved it and even opened it up for platforms within the ecosystem? Seems like the right approach.

Compliance + infrastructure, this is what long-termism should look like. Finally, there is a platform steadily building the ecosystem.

Oh no, did the CFTC approve it? Now the prediction market is going to be hot. Opening up clearing infrastructure was indeed a clever move.

Really, the CFTC has approved it? Now the prediction market can be considered legitimate.
Connecting the flow of US dollars and crypto collateral sounds pretty good. Could it be another story of infrastructure upgrades?
Bitnomial opening up clearing services to other platforms is indeed a smart idea. Running a platform isn't as good as providing tools.
However, as for the compliance framework... to be honest, I’m still a bit skeptical. Who knows how long the regulatory authorities' attitude will last?

bitnomial made a brilliant move here, directly getting approval from the CFTC... Basically, it’s reaping compliance benefits in the US. Now they want to share clearing capabilities with platforms in the ecosystem, which is quite interesting.
The integration of USD and crypto collateral flows is indeed a sign of infrastructure upgrading, but it’s easier said than done... Let’s see if we can really get this system up and running first.
