🔥 #SEC Chairman Atkins: #ICO is not a security!

SEC Chairman Paul Atkins recently stated that
ICOs related to network tokens, digital collectibles, digital tools, should not be considered securities and are not subject to SEC regulation.
Briefly:
👉 ICOs are no longer securities offerings by default
👉 The SEC doesn't reach out to take care of this piece
👉 The project party can raise funds publicly
No wonder since the beginning of this year, ICO public offerings have picked up significantly, not only in number, but also in scale.
This wave of attitude has basically given the market the "green light".
What's even more coincidental is that the timing of Echo's acquisition is simply divine.
Completing the layout before the policy window opens is equivalent to getting stuck in the key position of the "ICO infrastructure" track early. 😮‍💨
Next, public offering, on-chain financing, token issuance......
It may become one of the core traffic pools in the next bull market.
