PING and PAYAI have been heavily criticized? The real logic behind these two "confusing operations".

The two questions I've been asked a lot recently

$PING and $PAYAI have left people confused these days. One MEME coin insists on launching a Launchpad, while the other utility token suddenly migrates and changes pools—it's as if they're trying to run away.

The market is so bad, I can't quite gauge it either. But there are some logics that can still be discussed.

Why are they going through so much trouble?

Actually, they are all about addressing shortcomings. If the market conditions were better, these two actions would definitely be considered positive.

The Achilles' heel of MEME is that it cannot sustain itself. It relies entirely on consensus and emotions; once the hype fades, it cools off completely. As for technically practical projects? They have a low ceiling and a low threshold, especially tools in the Facilitator category. Both sides lack a “confidence pivot.”

What is PING doing now? Launchpad. The goal is very clear: to shed the label of being purely MEME and to establish a positive feedback loop for their platform token. This way, they won't have to rely on constant promotion to maintain hype; they can empower one project at a time through the projects released on the platform.

What is PAYAI up to again? Token migration. It sounds scary, but essentially it is jumping from tool attributes to the infrastructure protocol layer. The imaginative space opens up.

Both operations make logical sense.

The pancake is not ready yet, let's talk about why it's reliable.

Is there a chance for PING to do a Launchpad?

A predictable choice. There are no emotional support levels in a bear market, and the narrative of the x402 track has become too MEME-like, making it easy to fizzle out. But what if it were converted into a Launchpad platform token? Then the gameplay would be different.

Relying on projects for empowerment—if the first one fails, launch the second; if the second one flops, come up with the third. There's always a chance to hit a liquidity explosion point and make a comeback. This strategic upgrade is smart.

What is the crazy operation of PAYAI token migration ###?

There are a lot of claims outside, the most common one is: the project party has run out of chips and wants to control the market through migration. But if they really want to cause trouble, wouldn't it be faster to directly FUD the market?

I tend to prefer another explanation: the team realized the limitations of the Facilitator tool properties and wants to upgrade to the protocol layer. Staking mechanisms, reward systems, ecological incentives, CEX locking… all of these can continuously empower the tokens. Looking at it over a longer time frame, this decision isn't bad.

Why is the market not buying it?

The root cause is still a misalignment of thinking.

Most people rush into the x402 track for the myth of getting rich quickly through MEME, playing the quick in-and-out strategy of “grab and run”. However, the growth logic of x402 cannot be supported by the same logic as MEME, nor can it yield short-term results.

PING's Launchpad is just the beginning of the x402 asset issuance narrative. The outcome is uncertain, but more Launchpads are in incubation. Check out the signals revealed by those ideas in the c402 Market:

The new round of Launchpad is no longer as simple as issuing “air coins”—practical scenarios like Gamefi and Socialfi can be integrated to issue tokens. It is much more advanced than just chatting and hype.

PAYAI's protocol layer upgrade is more subtle. I heard the team has a purely technical engineering mindset, which is actually a good thing for a team during a bear market - they have enough time to prove themselves.

In the Facilitator track, the space for value capture and business extension can be large or small. The team's current positioning adjustment is to continuously empower the Facilitator, ultimately changing its value position in the x402 ecosystem.

It is normal for the market not to understand. True transformation is never achieved overnight.
