From chaos to gradual improvement, the "Mindset Upgrade Manual" of the Gate trading journey.
When I first started trading on Gate, my mindset was very simple: I got excited when the price went up and doubted life when it went down. At that time, my mentality was like a floating boat; as soon as the market moved slightly, I felt "the boat was unsteady." But I slowly realized that trading is not a struggle, but a way to cultivate the mind. Gate's first lesson for me was: "If you are not stable, your position will not be stable." So I started to record my rhythm: When do I act impulsively? Why FOMO? Where do I hesitate? The more I write, the clearer it becomes, trading is like looking in the mirror: it reflects emotions and also reveals weaknesses. In terms of strategy, I have shifted from the "random skill tree" to the "fixed 3 moves" school: 1⃣ Control position: don't take heavy positions when my mindset is poor 2⃣ Fixed stop loss: keep losses manageable 3⃣ Look at trends rather than emotions: let the market decide the market, rather than me deciding the market. Together with Gate Square, watch everyone share their earnings, complain about pullbacks, and analyze logic, creating a sense of "collective practice." You will find that on the trading road, no one is an island; we are all fellow travelers.
"First stabilize your mindset, then stabilize your position; when you are steady, the market will treat you gently." #Gate广场新手村第八期
