#美联储恢复降息节奏 Recently, I've noticed an interesting phenomenon: on-chain data shows continuous capital outflows, and the price trend is showing a stepwise decline.

From a technical perspective, several key support levels have already been breached. This kind of movement doesn't look like retail investor behavior; it seems more like large funds are driving the rhythm, and the market volatility has noticeably increased.

Combined with the possibility of the Federal Reserve adjusting interest rate policies, volatility in traditional financial markets is being transmitted to the crypto market. In the short term, I remain cautiously bearish and suggest everyone manage their positions carefully and wait until market sentiment stabilizes before making decisions.

After all, in this environment, preserving your principal is more important than anything else.

Again and again, it's flowing out, this damn weather is really unbearable --- Large Investors are dumping, I was wondering why it felt so rhythmic --- With all the support levels broken, what else can we do? Let's just lie flat for now --- Every move from the Fed shakes the crypto market, it's really hard to keep up --- Just hold onto your capital, don't be greedy everyone --- Entering the market now? You're not trying to buy the dip and end up with altcoins, are you? --- A staircase-style fall sounds painful, when can we catch a breath? --- It keeps getting transmitted back and forth, and in the end, it's still us retail investors who pick up the tab --- Controlling your position sounds easy, but how do you control it when you're already at Full Position? --- This wave is indeed fierce, being cautious won't hurt.

I have seen large funds cashing out this trap too many times, here we go again.

On-chain funds are running away, and whales are dumping on retail investors. I've seen this trick many times. This one really hurts; all the support levels have been broken, it's tough to watch. Wait before making a move, don't rush in now. Getting in at this point is just asking to take a loss. Capital preservation comes first; let's talk about making money later. The Fed hasn't made a final decision yet, there could be more action coming, so let's lay low for now.

Large Investors are messing up the market again, really annoying --- The stepwise fall is just playing people for suckers, those who haven't run should reflect --- It's the same rhetoric again, waiting for emotions to stabilize? It will take forever --- It's true that protecting the principal is important, but who can determine where the bottom is? --- The Federal Reserve's actions are so significant, it's just a matter of time before it transmits --- With on-chain data being so clear, there are still people chasing the price, I really don't understand --- Rather than cautiously shorting, it's better to just avoid it, this environment is too intense
