BTC has been a bit precarious on the four-hour chart, it has broken the level. Now the rebound is quite soft. The key will be whether this line can close above 86500 at 12 o'clock tonight. If it can hold above, it might push up a bit more. You could try a Light Position for a long, with a stop at 85300, aiming first for 88200, then 90000. If it can't get back above, then don't rush to act; there's a high probability it will continue to oscillate downwards. It would be safer to wait for the 83500-81500 range to reassess the situation.

The altcoin is indeed more resilient than BTC; now we just need to see if it can hold above 2830. If it holds, a pullback can be considered for a long position, with defense at 2780 and targets at 2890 and 2950. If it can't hold and breaks, we will need to see if the two levels of 2700 and 2650 can hold.
