Odaily News VCI Global Limited, a Nasdaq-listed company, announced that it has signed a final agreement to acquire the Malaysian licensed fund management company V Capital Fund Management Limited. It is reported that VCI Global will use the obtained license to launch the VCIG Bitcoin Fund, which will be a USD-denominated investment vehicle managed by professionals, aimed at providing accredited investors with institutional-grade Bitcoin investment opportunities.
