The illegal content was discovered from his electronic devices when he was arrested in December 2022 on suspicion of manipulating the Mango Markets platform. Eisenberg has previously been convicted of manipulating the price of the MNGO token for illegally profiting more than $110 million, facing further sentencing and possibly up to 20 years in prison.
