Mars Financial News, Babylon posted on the X platform that at around 20:00 Beijing time on April 24, 2025 (12:00 UTC, Babylon Genesis block height 139920), the system will lift the restriction on only Phase 1 Cap-1 staking, which means that Babylon Genesis will start accepting new Bitcoin staking and all remaining Phase 1 staking. Some community members are concerned that their eventual provider may be delayed in responding or losing contact, resulting in the inability to complete the staking migration. In this regard, the Papillon Foundation has updated the airdrop reward eligibility rules: at this stage, each phase of the first phase of staking can change the final provider once, as long as the re-staking is completed within 10 days after initiating the unbonding request, the additional airdrop eligibility can be retained.
