CoinDesk on April 2 reported that RootData, a Web3 asset data platform, issued a daily transparency alert on X (Twitter), saying that information such as the teams, key calendar events, token data, and more for projects including Fluid, SideShift.ai, Blackhole, Pharaoh, and Koi Finance is missing. It urged project teams to submit/update materials on RootData to improve their transparency scores. In addition, RootData said it will continue to monitor and expose “black box” projects that lack core information.
It is understood that RootData’s transparency scores are used to measure a project’s completeness and timeliness, aiming to reflect how well the project discloses information. It urged project teams to claim their projects immediately. The transparency scores are divided into five grades from high to low—A through F. The lower the score, the more incomplete the project’s information disclosure is and the higher the risk of wrongdoing; investors are advised to remain highly vigilant.
