During the application transition period, ScopeLift will continue developing the Tally Governance app, and the codebase will be open-sourced after 12 months

Gate News message, on April 1, Tally announced that its long-term partner ScopeLift will continue to be responsible for the development of the Tally Governance app during the transition period. Tally said that services for enterprise customers and licensees will not be affected. In addition, the Governance App codebase will switch to an MIT license after 12 months, at which point the community will be able to use that codebase.
