OKX has launched a new payment and savings service using the stablecoin USD in Brazil through OKX Pay and OKX Card, aimed at simplifying international transactions and protecting users from inflation. The system allows for instant conversion from Brazilian real (BRL) to stablecoin USD via PIX, eliminating delays from traditional banks. OKX Pay offers yields of up to 10% per year, with daily interest calculations and weekly payouts.

The OKX Card functions like a Mastercard debit card in USD, usable internationally via Apple Pay and Google Wallet. The platform significantly reduces transfer costs, starting from 8 USD compared to the high rates of traditional services. In the context of Brazil leading the region in cryptocurrency usage, OKX integrates identity verification through CNH to support quick activation and transactions both domestically and internationally.
