Gelonghui March 31 | Poly Property (06049.HK) announced annual results. For the year ended December 31, 2025, it recorded revenue of approximately RMB 17.126 billion, representing an increase of approximately 4.8% compared with the same period of 2024. Revenue from property management services increased by approximately 12.6% to approximately RMB 13.150 billion compared with the same period of 2024; revenue from non-owner value-added services decreased by approximately 16.5% to approximately RMB 1.636 billion compared with the same period of 2024; and revenue from community value-added services decreased by approximately 13.6% to approximately RMB 2.340 billion compared with the same period of 2024.

For the year ended December 31, 2025, the Group recorded gross profit of approximately RMB 2.985 billion, representing an increase of approximately 0.03% compared with the same period of 2024. Gross profit margin was approximately 17.43%, representing a decrease of approximately 0.83 percentage points compared with the same period of 2024. Profit for the year attributable to owners of the company was approximately RMB 1.550 billion, representing an increase of approximately 5.1% compared with the same period of 2024. Basic earnings per share were approximately RMB 2.810.

As of December 31, 2025, the Group’s cash and bank balances 1 were RMB 12,885.9 million, representing an increase of approximately RMB 1,019.2 million, or 8.6%, compared with the same period of 2024. For the year ended December 31, 2025, net cash generated from operating activities was approximately RMB 1,827.2 million, representing a decrease of approximately 20.7% compared with the same period of 2024.

The Board recommends the distribution of a final annual dividend for the year ended December 31, 2025 of RMB 1.401 per share (inclusive of tax), which is RMB 0.069 per share higher than that for the same period of 2024 (inclusive of tax), representing an increase of approximately 5.2%. It is recommended that the total dividend payable be 50.0% of the profit for the year attributable to owners of the company.
