Odaily Planet Daily News: According to The Wall Street Journal: Iran’s first vice president, Mohammad Reza Arif, said that if Iran’s “aggressors” want to negotiate the issue of the Strait of Hormuz, they must commit to not invading Iran and to recognize Iran’s international rights.
