On March 27, Yu Jian Xiao Mian announced that the group recorded revenue of RMB 1.622 billion for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, a year-on-year increase of 40.5%. With strong revenue growth, the company also improved operational efficiency, thereby enhancing profitability. The group recorded a net profit of RMB 106 million for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, a year-on-year increase of approximately 74.8%; and recorded adjusted net profit (non-IFRS measure) of RMB 135 million for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, a year-on-year increase of approximately 111.9%. The improvement in profitability was mainly due to: the expansion of the direct-operated and franchised restaurant network, with the total number of restaurants increasing from 360 as of December 31, 2024, to 503 as of December 31, 2025; restaurants gradually expanding from their current downtown locations to surrounding areas, resulting in lower rental costs and higher profit margins; an increase in the contribution from restaurants in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region with higher operating profit margins; and further dilution of headquarters costs.
