On March 27, domestic commodity futures in China closed, with most benchmark contracts ending higher. In terms of gains, pure benzene and lithium carbonate rose by more than 6%, styrene rose by nearly 6%, ethylene glycol rose by more than 5%, methanol rose by more than 4%, p-xylene, PTA, short fiber, and bottle-grade PET rose by more than 3%, and LU fuel oil, Shanghai tin, liquefied petroleum gas, and palm oil rose by more than 2%. On the downside, the European line of containerized shipping fell by more than 3%, and caustic soda and Shanghai silver fell by more than 2%.
