Abstract generation in progress

This week’s actions: (In 2025, I was lucky to double my investment; in 2026, I will continue to work hard! I hope my review helps improve everyone’s accounts! Let’s witness the growth journey of the stock market in 2026 together!)

Huaneng Power: Focus on the breakout on March 13, follow-up on March 16 with a 6%+ gain and then exit!

Reiscorda: Watch for the low buy on the 5-day moving average on March 19, exit after the limit-up break on March 20.

Core candidates: Huaneng Power Liaoning Energy (5 limit-ups)

· Sector status: Market space leader + the top in green energy/compute energy synergy. Its most valuable aspect is breaking the “lone wolf” dilemma, backed by a complete team including Shao Neng Shares and Huaneng Power, making it the only stock with “monster stock” potential currently.

· Breakout logic: Only worth trading after “volume explosion and divergence followed by a rebound.” The market fears “shrinking volume and rapid breakout failure,” divergence and turnover can wash out weak profit-taking, and a rebound indicates strong capital support.

· Buying conditions: Must meet one of two signals—“gap up on a weak board” or “reverse rebound in the afternoon”—and the sector’s smaller stocks should not show serious negative feedback.

· Risks: If the opening is directly halted with no support or a quick limit-down, then avoid trading.

Flexible candidates: Huaneng Power Energy (2 limit-ups / 9 days with 6 limit-ups)

· Sector status: N+N rebound pattern, serving as an “emotional anchor” for the sector. In a weak market, this pattern indicates deep involvement by major players and is a market sentiment indicator.

· Breakout logic: Suitable as an “arbitrage target.” When Huaneng Power Liaoning Energy hits the limit-up, if Huaneng Power Energy shows strong intraday performance and healthy volume, its rebound or turnover can carry certain premium certainty.

· Buying conditions: The prerequisite is that Huaneng Power Liaoning Energy has stabilized its limit-up and its intraday support is strong.

· Risks: If the leader is unstable, it may experience a further dip; avoid early entry before the leader hits the limit-up.

Abandoned stocks: Shenhua Development A, Shao Neng Shares, Dashengda

· Shenhua Development A (5 limit-ups): Independent logic with chip game, no sector influence. Once broken, it tends to drop sharply, with poor risk-reward.

· Shao Neng Shares (3 limit-ups): Consecutive one-word limit-ups; once opened, it reaches emotional peak, a “feast for holders,” with no turnover basis, high risk of failure to continue.

· Dashengda (3 limit-ups): News-driven, no sector effect, independent and random movement, not aligned with leader trading strategies.

· Position management: In current environment, do not allocate more than 20% of positions to breakout trades. Surviving during a downturn is more important than making money.

· Abandonment signals: If tomorrow morning’s open sees a large number of halts (stocks that hit the limit-up yesterday opening with a large drop), then abandon all breakout plans, as success rates in any pattern significantly decline during a sentiment retreat.
