International crude oil prices dip in the short term, with Iran and the U.S. reaching consensus on "some overall issues" during the second round of negotiations

International crude oil prices declined in the short term, with WTI crude oil falling 0.58% to $62.39 per barrel; Brent crude oil dropped 1.71% to $67.47 per barrel. In the second round of Iran-U.S. talks concluded on the 17th, both sides reached consensus on some overall issues.
