Having looked at many Web3 projects, those that can truly persist are still the teams with strong execution capabilities. Some teams spend from sunrise to sunset refining their operations, regardless of how the coin price fluctuates—advancing in a rhythmic manner when it rises, executing plans as usual when it falls, and even maintaining a consistent work pace during consolidation periods. This kind of consistency and resilience is rare in community coin projects in the primary market.
Finding a team in this space with such strong execution and cohesion is a rare opportunity. True wealth opportunities are often hidden behind teams that are unafraid of hardship and capable of persistence. The market landscape in 2026 is still being reshaped; those who can stay true to their original intentions will be able to seize the next wave of opportunities.

Really, most teams boast during the bull market and start to slack off during the bear market. There are very few who can keep a steady rhythm.

Such teams are indeed scarce, but I think persistence itself can easily become self-deception. When the coin price drops, everyone is saying "We are still executing the plan."
What truly matters is whether there is substantial output after six months. There are too many who only talk without action.

Isn't this article talking about those teams that are actually working? Other projects are just fishing for three days and drying nets for two.

The price of the coin has fallen so much that even dogs are still working. Such a team is indeed rare... But I want to know whether their relentless effort is driven by true conviction or if they are just forced to keep going to survive.

There's nothing wrong with what you said, but most teams simply can't do it. When the coin price drops, they start shifting blame or lying flat; only a handful can withstand the pressure and continue working.
