Grabbed a Gutter Cat Gang Dog for 1 ETH back when I thought it was an absolute bargain. Then snagged some Hashmasks at the same price point—figured I was being savvy. Threw in a PFP purchase at 0.2 BTC too, same logic.
Looking back at my NFT collection, I've got plenty of these "steal of the century" moments piling up. The pattern's pretty clear though. Based on what I'm seeing in the market, my take is that NFT purchases basically flatline from 2026 onward. The hype cycle burned hard, and the reality check hit different.

Haha, I'm laughing to death. I'm also controlled by this "wisdom." Early NFTs really kept jumping into the pit one after another.

Damn, I just bought Gutter Cat with one ETH too. Now it's just a JPG lying in my wallet, really hilarious.

Ha Ren, it's another one of the "Lucky Pick King" from back then. Now he's seeing the reality clearly.

Oh no, I was the same. I really thought I was bottoming out at the time, but now I see it all turned into textbook-level mistakes haha

Haha, me too. I spent quite a bit of money back then, and now looking at these NFTs, they're all sealed away.

This wave of NFT is truly a money grab. If I had known earlier, I would have gone all in on Bitcoin.

Me too. When I bought GCG back then, I really thought I was a genius, but now it's all tucked away in the box haha.

NFTs really need to wake up; what was bought back then has all become souvenirs.

Honestly, who wasn't thinking the same back then... Now looking at this pile of stuff in the wallet, it's truly sigh-worthy.
