CoinShares withdraws the filing for the stake Solana ETF submitted to the US SEC
Golden Finance reported that asset management company CoinShares withdrew its application for a Solana stake exchange-traded fund (ETF) submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Friday. According to the documents submitted to the SEC, the structural transactions and asset acquisitions of the proposed fund were never completed. The documents state: "The registration statement is intended to register shares to be issued in connection with a transaction that ultimately failed to be completed. No shares are being sold under the above registration statement, nor will any shares be sold."
