安全服务公司Teranode集团身份与数字信任负责人Aleksander Gora表示，全球趋势显示，私营部门在反洗钱执行层面的作用日益重要，因其掌握交易数据和技术资源。日本金融厅希望通过私营企业框架，实现跨机构信息共享，包括涉嫌欺诈的钱包地址，以加强AML措施的有效性。
此外，多家日本重量级企业加入试点，包括乐天集团加密部门、野村证券及日立集团等。Shiv Shankar指出，日本监管审慎且技术前瞻，政府制定标准、由私营企业执行的模式非常适合当地环境。这种合作将推动加密货币与主流金融体系的融合，并支持东京在2028年前完成全面加密货币转型目标。
金融机构方面，野村证券正寻求为其欧洲加密交易所申请日本运营许可证，大和证券集团和SMBC日兴证券也在考虑类似举措。随着银行和证券公司推出日元挂钩稳定币并扩展加密金融服务，跨部门合作将成为提升合规和市场信心的关键。市场观察人士认为，这一趋势或将吸引更多机构投资者进入日本加密市场，同时加强对洗钱风险的防控。
