ChainCatcher 消息，Gate 宣布，马耳他公司 Gate Technology Ltd 已正式获得马耳他金融服务管理局（MFSA）根据欧盟《第二版支付服务指令》（PSD2）授予的支付机构（PI）牌照。此项许可使 Gate 成为欧洲获得此类监管批准的加密原生企业之一，为在欧盟范围内开展合规稳定币和支付服务奠定基础。

Gate Technology Ltd. CEO Giovanni Cunti 先生表示，该许可将支持公司构建传统金融与 Web3 的安全桥梁，为机构及零售用户提供明确监管保障。此前，Gate 已获得 MiCA 全牌照，用于交易所及托管服务。

通过 PSD2 许可，Gate 现正依托欧盟通行机制在欧盟范围内拓展其支付服务版图。此举体现 Gate 对合规和监管透明性的承诺，并进一步推动其在欧洲数字资产金融基础设施领域的创新与发展。

Gate 在合规布局与投入力度上始终处于行业前列，旗下多个实体已在马耳他、巴哈马、日本、澳大利亚及迪拜等司法辖区获得或完成相关监管注册、牌照申请、授权或批准。此外，Gate US 在美国持有 33 张州级牌照，合规运营范围覆盖 45 个美国司法辖区。平台将持续以高标准合规体系夯实全球稳健发展的根基。
