ChainCatcher 消息，据官方消息，代币化基础设施提供商 Ctrl Alt 宣布启动与迪拜土地局合作的迪拜房地产代币化项目试点第二阶段，即为代币化房地产资产引入受控的二级市场交易功能。
项目试点阶段共对十处房产进行了代币化，这些房产的总价值超过 500 万美元。试点阶段发行的约 780 万枚代币现在可以在受控的二级市场环境中进行转售，从而扩大迪拜房地产市场的准入范围和流动性。
二级交易阶段旨在评估市场效率和运营准备情况，同时加强透明度、治理和投资者保护。交易将在项目分发平台的监管试点框架内进行，以确保交易完整性并与现有的土地登记流程保持一致。此阶段的所有链上交易将继续在 XRPL 上执行，并由 Ripple Custody 提供安全保障。
