Gate News 消息，3 月 16 日，加密硬件钱包公司 Ledger 亚太区负责人 Takatoshi Shibayama 表示，如果美国最终禁止稳定币收益分配，全球加密监管环境可能出现新的竞争格局，一些国家可能会利用这一空白推出更具吸引力的政策。
Shibayama在接受媒体采访时指出，美国监管机构目前正在讨论一项稳定币相关立法，其中包含由银行业游说团体推动的条款，拟禁止第三方平台向用户提供稳定币收益。这一规定在行业内部引发争议，也成为立法推进过程中的关键分歧之一。
他认为，一旦美国实施全面限制，海外监管机构与稳定币发行方很可能重新评估政策方向，从而讨论是否允许稳定币向用户分配收益或奖励。Shibayama表示，这类政策变化可能促使部分司法辖区推出更加开放的稳定币框架，以吸引金融科技企业和数字资产创新项目。
目前，一些国家已经采取较为灵活的监管方式。例如在澳大利亚，监管机构对部分稳定币发行结构给予一定豁免空间。不过Shibayama指出，即便是在美国之外，大多数稳定币产品仍然没有向用户提供收益，其设计往往更偏向维护传统银行体系的利益。
与此同时，亚洲金融机构在数字资产领域的关注点也正在发生变化。Shibayama表示，过去一年亚洲市场出现明显趋势：机构更关注区块链基础设施和金融产品代币化，而非直接投资加密货币资产本身。
他指出，许多大型机构正在研究如何通过区块链发行稳定币、实现资产代币化或改进支付系统，而对比特币、以太坊等加密资产的直接敞口兴趣相对有限。
不过资产管理公司态度略有不同。Shibayama表示，一些资产管理机构仍在探索推出加密相关投资产品，以扩大可提供给客户的资产配置选择。同时，由于目前部分地区尚未强制要求必须使用受监管托管机构，一些机构在托管服务的选择上仍保留一定灵活度。
他补充称，随着监管环境逐渐完善，机构投资者在选择数字资产托管服务提供商时也变得更加谨慎，更倾向于具备合规资质和安全记录的服务商。
