According to Foresight News, Bybit will launch DoubleZero (2Z) on the spot market on October 2, with detailed timings as follows: deposit opens at 12:00 on October 2; trading for the 2Z/USDT pair starts at 21:00 on October 2; trading for the 2Z/USDC pair starts at 21:30 on October 2; withdrawal opens at 18:00 on October 3. DoubleZero is building the first physical infrastructure layer specifically for Blockchain communication, addressing fundamental bottlenecks that cannot be overcome by software alone. By combining fiber links operated by independent contributors with edge filtering hardware in a permissionless network, DoubleZero enables Blockchain systems to significantly enhance performance without sacrificing decentralization while maintaining the security guarantees of the encryption economy.
