Strike founder Jack Mallers: Ethereum will not surpass Bitcoin
Golden Finance reported that Strike founder Jack Mallers responded on the X platform to Ethereum co-founder Joseph Lubin's view that Ethereum will disrupt Bitcoin's monetary basis. He stated that Ethereum will not surpass Bitcoin; Bitcoin is currency and represents a $5 trillion opportunity, while Ethereum is a technology and at best is an emerging tech company, making it impossible to compare the two. Jack Mallers added that unlike Ethereum, even Satoshi Nakamoto could not pre-mine Bitcoin, as each Bitcoin is obtained through PoW, tied to real-world value and income.
