WuXi AppTec: Plans to raise over HK$1.3 billion through a 4% discounted placement.

Jin10 data reported on September 3, the company WuXi AppTec (02268.HK) announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that on September 2, 2025 (after the trading session of the Exchange), the company entered into a placement agreement with the placement agent, under which the company conditionally agreed to place up to 22,277,000 placement shares to not less than six placees at a placement price of HK$58.85 per share (approximately a 4% discount to the latest Closing Price) on a fully underwritten Benchmark basis. The total maximum proceeds from the placement are expected to be approximately HK$1.311 billion. The placement shares will be issued and allotted under the general mandate.
