UBS: Euro credit is expected to outperform the US.

Jin10 data, August 4 – UBS strategists said in a report that due to the resilience of the Eurozone economy, euro-denominated credit may perform better than dollar-denominated credit. The strategists indicated that the reduction in uncertainty around trade policies may also support euro credit. They noted that the negative impact of U.S. tariffs on the Eurozone could be partly offset by an increase in demand for European assets rather than U.S. assets.
