On April 28, the reporter learned that a number of fund companies received notices from index companies to reduce index authorization fees. The reduction plan is divided into three parts: First, the annualized basis point rate is reduced. After the reduction, the basis point rates for stock index ETFs and over-the-counter funds are 0.024% and 0.016%, and the basis point rates for bond index ETFs and over-the-counter funds are 0.008%. The Enhanced Product Basis Point rate is 20% off the corresponding product type. The second is to lower the lower limit of quarterly collection, and if the lower limit of quarterly collection exceeds 20,000 yuan, it will be uniformly reduced to 20,000 yuan. Third, other types of index products (bond indexes, interbank certificate of deposit indexes, mutual fund indexes, multi-asset indexes, etc.) and stock index products with a quarterly average daily net asset value of less than 100 million yuan are not subject to a quarterly lower limit, and are only charged according to the actual amount calculated at the basis point rate. Before the reduction, the index usage fee was generally 3 BP, and after the reduction, the index usage fee was generally discounted by 20%.
