马斯克旗下SpaceX拟3月秘密递交IPO申请，估值或冲1.75万亿美元，或创史上最大IPO

2月28日消息，马斯克创立的SpaceX计划最早于3月向U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission秘密提交IPO注册草案，目标在6月完成上市流程。若顺利推进，公司估值或接近1.75万亿美元，有望刷新“全球最大IPO规模”纪录。

知情消息显示，此次IPO拟募资约500亿美元，规模或超过Saudi Aramco2019年290亿美元的历史纪录。SpaceX此前在私募市场估值曾低于1万亿美元，今年2月并购xAI后估值接近1.25万亿美元，市场预期一度上调至1.5万亿美元，如今最新预测直指1.75万亿美元。

若估值落地，SpaceX市值将逼近NVIDIA、Apple、Microsoft、Alphabet与Amazon等科技巨头行列，甚至超过Meta与Tesla。

公司已邀请Bank of America、Goldman Sachs、JPMorgan Chase及Morgan Stanley担任顾问。募集资金将用于提升Starship发射频率、扩展Starlink网络，并探索轨道AI数据中心与月球基地建设。
