该项目将对香港中环德林大厦的有限合伙基金及私募股权项目基金进行代币化，由德林证券负责分销 RWA 代币，德林数字家办与代币化解决方案服务商 Asseto 合作进行基金权益代币化发行。此举被业界视为香港在数字金融创新领域的重要里程碑，有望提升资产流动性和交易效率，为传统商业地产与数字金融融合提供合规范本，同时巩固香港作为全球 RWA 中心的竞争地位。
