前Mt. Gox CEO提议比特币硬分叉,拟追回52亿美元失窃资产

Odaily星球日报讯 已倒闭交易所 Mt. Gox 前 CEO Mark Karpelès 近日提出一项比特币硬分叉方案,建议通过修改共识规则追回 2011 年黑客事件中被盗的约 79,956 枚 BTC,按当前价格计算价值约 52 亿美元。

该提案针对一个与 2011 年 Mt. Gox 系统被攻破事件相关的钱包地址,该地址在黑客攻击后接收了近 8 万枚比特币,并在过去 15 年以上一直处于未动用状态。目前按照比特币既有规则,这些资金只有在持有对应私钥的情况下才能转移。

根据提案,新规则将允许通过 Mt. Gox 恢复地址的签名来支配该地址中的未花费输出,从而将资金纳入现有的司法监督赔付程序,用于偿还 Mt. Gox 债权人。

Karpelès 表示,该方案仅作为讨论起点,拟将规则修改限定于单一地址,并在未来特定区块高度激活。不过提案同时承认,这一方案需要全网协调升级,若部分社区成员拒绝支持,可能导致区块链分裂风险。

需要注意的是,这约 8 万枚 BTC 目前并不属于 Mt. Gox 债权人分配资产的一部分,也未由破产受托机构控制。
