根据后续安排，官方支持联系表单将在该公告发布后继续开放一周，随后正式关闭，但已提交的剩余工单仍会得到处理；AI 聊天机器人也将同步下线。此外，现有的支持页面知识库将暂时保留，但不再进行内容更新与维护。未来，用户帮助与支持工作将全面转向去中心化社区，官方建议用户通过 Discord、Reddit 和 Telegram 等 Polkadot 社区渠道获取相关协助。
