Odaily星球日报讯 Backpack 首席执行官 Armani Ferrante 表示，质押其即将推出的代币至少一年的用户，将有权按固定比例兑换 Backpack 公司股权。该公司已为此计划预留 20%的股权。Armani Ferrante 指出，此举旨在改进现有代币模式，解决多数项目仅靠效用支撑代币价值及缺乏长期去中心化动力的问题。目前 Backpack 正以 10 亿美元估值进行融资谈判，拟筹集 5000 万美元。其代币总量为 10 亿枚，首次分发将向积分计划参与者及 Mad Lads 持有者开放 25%的供应量。此外，团队及投资者的代币分配方案已存入公司库中，在 IPO 后至少锁仓一年，团队成员将主要通过持有公司股权获得激励。
