BlockBeats 消息，2 月 22 日，据 Barchart 分析，根据最新公告，Strategy 持有 717,131 枚比特币。按近期价格计算，这批比特币价值约 487 亿美元。相比之下，MSTR 在 2025 年底的债务为 82 亿美元。**这相当于资产几乎是负债的六倍。**正因如此，Strategy 首席执行官 Phong Le 才有底气再财报电话会议上指出，比特币价格需要跌至每枚 8000 美元，并在此水平维持五到六年，公司才会面临偿还可转换债券的真正困难。

分析认为，Strategy 真正的压力不在于偿付能力，而在于其熊市中的增长能力。作为参考，Strategy 在上轮熊市中（2022 年全年）仅增持了约 10,000 枚比特币，而该公司股价在当年大部分时间里都低于其所持基础资产的价值。
